The folks at DeLand Collision Center are the best! I had a pretty bad car accident and not only did they repair my car beautifully, they made the process easy. After the accident, I was frazzled and afraid of the red tape. DCC handled everything. They coordinated with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do that. They arranged for my rental car and had me picked up at their shop. They were kind and friendly, and even gave me snacks and coffee! Most importantly, they know what they’re doing. When they inspected my car they pointed out things I would have missed. My beautiful late model car went into their shop looking like it would never be the same and it came out looking brand new again. The extensive repairs were done in a very fair amount of time and they kept me informed about the process and the timing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope to never need them again but if I do, I’ll never go anywhere else.
