The car looks great, BUT, it was a 2 month process. I Understand having to wait for parts, but once all parts were in (this took over a month), it was another three weeks to get car repaired, and this was only with my nagging. No one’s watching the store here. Again, I understand people have personal problems, but this is a business. Every time I called about the timetable for my car being fixed , someone had to literally go out back and check. It was like no one in the office was on top of things, aware of schedules, due dates etc. My promised repair date came and went twice before I actually received my car. Don’t recommend and won’t return to this repair shop.

It took about 2 weeks from day of accident to get the car in for repairs and then it was 5 weeks for completion. Long time without a car

I am bringing the car back to fix. Drives horribly, and impossible to drive when wet outside. Car fishtails and all over road. Also backup cameras messed up.

Kept car for longer than estimated. Also waiting to hear about new bumper and get my car back into your shop to fix. Many issues. Have to waiy 2 weeks to bring back in was told after the Thanksgiving holiday.

There was a part inside my car that was missing so they ordered the part and I came in to get it replaced. I was there for almost an hour then told the wrong part came in. So now it's been over 3 weeks and today I have to call them because of course they don't call me to update me on anything. So the dealership sent in the part today but for some reason it was sent back with the returns today so it's supposed to come back again tomorrow. I would have given a pretty good rating if they would just be honest about everything and communicate with me properly. As far as I can tell the work they did on the back end of my car is fine. But the lack of communication and attitude I am given is ridiculous since I have done nothing wrong.

Very happy with Deland Collision. Car took a little longer than expected but considering there was a hurricane and more damage than expected, it's completely understandable. What matters most is the car appears to be back to what it was prior to the accident. Couldn't be happier.

I will say they had my car longer than I was hoping but the wait was worth it. They did a great job and the communication through this process was spot on.
