The car makes a loud rattling noise now that wasnât there before!!! Sounds like something with the a/c! Needs to be fixed!!!!!!! The side where it was pounded out, looks horrible! For as long as you had our car, I would expect a lot better job! It needs to be done and done right! We pay full coverage insurance and expect to have a nice professional looking job done on the car! You also put 2 large cuts in the tint on drivers side window!!! That is unacceptable and I will be pushing for that to be replaced as well, by your company. Not billed to my insurance, as YOUR company/workers put them there.

Kept hearing how you will call us, but every time (except once, after I complained about never receiving calls when promised) my wife and I had to reach out to you. Itâs pretty simple courtesy, if you say youâre gonna call us then follow through and call us. Especially when there are more delays on our car while itâs there. Thatâs a horrible situation to put someone in, telling them two different times that it would be done and it was not. We used all of our time +2 full weeks out of our own pocket for that rental car, and still had to give the rental car back because we couldnât afford it, and our vehicle was still not done! You had our vehicle almost 2 months! The gas that I spent driving my farm truck as a daily driver while waiting on our car from you, was ridiculous.
