The repair work was very good. Communication on progress could improve. Noticed a scratch on front bumper after repair completed, hoping it can be buffed out. Also had to have a complete diagnostic done on my vehicle ($99) due to malfunctioning errors displaying after I picked up my vehicle.

Front desk, inspector and all I encountered were personable and friendly. They arranged the rental car and made the process very simple. My suggestion would be better communications and follow through on progress of repairs. If you tell me “should be ready Friday, I’ll call you.” Please call and inform the customer one way or the other.
