They went above and beyond of anybody I have ever dealt with they are fantastic. They kept me up to date. And when my vehicle was ready for me to be picked up it was beautiful not only all the work that was completed because of my accent but they cleaned it it was shiny and I had a little cross inside and reference for my grandson that had passed they had put it in an envelope to keep it safe for me I thank you guys so much.

They were amazing they went above and beyond of any of my expectations. They kept me up to date with my vehicle. I had to have a lot of work done to it due to an accident. And when I got it back not only beautiful work that was done but they cleaned inside outside of my vehicle. I also had a little cross inside my vehicle that was on reference to the passing of my grandson that I had kept they had put it in an envelope to keep it safe for me and I thank you guys so much for that thank you for everything that you have done

Getting in a car accident is always a stressful situation, especially when it wasn’t your fault in the slightest. I was worried when I first stepped into the Deland collision center because I had no idea what to expect. I was welcomed immediately and started to feel like I was in the rig by place. Orlando was super kind and was very detailed in everything I needed. He also assured me that my vehicle was in good hands (I have a brand new 2024 KIA Forte GT). They helped me out with making sure the rental was waiting for me so it was one less thing I had to stress about. They were communicative on every step my car was on in terms of the repair process and finished earlier than expected. When I came to pick up my car I was welcomed by Laura who explained so much things I would’ve never knew about the whole accident process and will be forever grateful. She is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered and she makes sure everyone is taken care of. My car looked like it never was in an accident and they even detailed her making her look better than ever!! I highly recommend Deland collision center for body work.
