Rental cars are available through Enterprise and we also provide a shuttle service (within reason) if needed. Free estimates are provided from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday. I had nothing but trouble with Star from the start. The gentleman who did my estimate was rude and didn't listen to what I had to say or asked. Then it was such an inconvenience to drop my truck off for ONE day and pick up a rental to be called and asked to bring the rental back because the fender came in damaged. There was two weeks between making the first appointment and dropping the truck off to notice there was a problem. I then had to wait another three weeks to get another fender in and finally get the truck fixed. The people I dealt with were rude and unhelpful in any way. I chose Star because my dealership doesn't have a body shop and that was obviously a huge mistake. I will never come back to Star for future service or to buy a car.
