The repairs are still ongoing right now as parts and approval weren't on time. I was originally told it would be a week repaire time for it to turn into a month. There was no help or compensation on getting a rental while my car was being fixed. It took around eight months to get on the schedule because the wrong parts were ordered and the person originally taking care of my service was fired and no one else picked up the claim. In total the time to get my car fixed has stretched to almost a year, as next month in April will make it so.

My car was returned with a small dent which was not completed. My wife was told that I had agreed to leave the dent. There was no such discussion. I took the car to get my car completely fixed. As excited as I was because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I am unable to leave a good review. I was originally quoted 1 week for a bumper repair but the timeframe kept being extended. At the 1 month mark, it was extended by a week again so I called checking in on the status. At this point, I was without my vehicle and unable to work my delivery job for a month so I noted the urgency of the matter. Considering they had my vehicle for an extended period of time, I expected my car to look almost good as new (to at least what it was before the accident). Instead, it looks like it was a rush job. The bumper isn’t completely flush and is still sticking out and the paint has imperfections, almost a bubbling type texture. I do appreciate the car wash and good customer service, I just wish I wasn’t without my car for a month for it to only be a rushed job. I would’ve preferred to keep my car, drive it the way it was until the shop was ready for it.
