Aloha! It was Christmas Eve. I had driven all the way from Volcano to arrive at the shop at 8:30 am. Your team was able to get the repairs done and me out the door in less than an hour. I was able to drive home in time for lunch! Such a pleasant surprise. Mahalo & happy holidays!

Car looks great. The area repaired looks like new. Plus the car was washed, appreciate the added touch. The staff are cordial and polite. We use to prefer Kona shops but much rather go Waimea more so now. Thank you

I am so pleased with the work done on my car and the patience and flexibility everyone in Waimea showed me. Despite some supply issues, which had nothing to do with them, once they got my parts they fixed my car in record time. Of special note was their great communication with updates. They are terrific! Job was will done for what I wanted. But sorry to say the driver side floor and dash board had white dust on it was it from taking out the windows. Other than that I iam very happy about the paint job. Thank you all so much

On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is very likely and 1 is very unlikely, my recommendation score would be a 7. The reason for this balanced score is the sharp contrast between the final result and the process to get there: • Positive: The final repairs were completed to my satisfaction and appear to be of good quality, and the office staff were exceptional—very nice, patient, and always answered my questions. • Caveat: However, I would have to give a strong warning to any friend or family member about the extremely long time (five months) it took to complete the repairs and the lack of a realistic upfront timeline. I would advise them to prepare for a multi-month wait and to secure their own alternative, long-term transportation plan to avoid the kind of financial and emotional stress I experienced. I wish someone had given me this advice upfront.

The final quality of the work is great. Since picking up the vehicle, everything has been good, and the final product is completely to my satisfaction. The vehicle truly looks brand new. I did notice a minor nick on the door, but given the extensive nature and excellent overall quality of the repair, I don't see it as a significant issue.

The ladies in the office were consistently extremely nice and pleasant to work with. They were friendly and polite on the phone and always took the time to answer my questions. Furthermore, when I finally picked up my vehicle, the transaction was completed efficiently, and they clearly informed me of the next steps. The team at the front desk was professional and courteous throughout the five-month ordeal and provided the best aspect of the entire service experience.
