My car is making noises when turning right or left. I’ve been without a car for awhile and had many things to do and haven’t had time to see why this problem is happening.

The quality of the repairs seems to be okay so far. The sun/moon roof was replaced. It has not endured a heavy Houston rain yet, so I’m not sure how it will do. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be service-minded. Personal communication with the customer can improve. There also seemed to be a supply chain issue because the sun roof took a long time to arrive, but once it did arrive the staff installed it in a very timely manner. It is fair to say that I am happy with the ultimate results so far, but not happy with the length of time it took to replace the sun roof.

Michael was very polite and professional. The only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 was the fact that the promise date was pushed back four times. Partially blamed on July 4th weekend, weather, parts delay and the need for an additional part. I understand issues occur but my daughter was the one suffering the most. She kept asking if she was going to get her car on the promise date only to be let down. I explained to her things happen and can’t be avoided. She nodded in understanding. Otherwise good experience
