We received a crack in the windshield after turning it over to your possession for repairs. It was overlooked and wasn't addressed or taken care of immediately. Zero plan in place for repair.

My wife turned in the vehicle to have repairs done and a towing package installed, but when she picked it up, there was a crack in the windshield that was not there before we dropped it off. Not sure what they are trying to do with it, but would love y'all too replace the windshield at our home instead of losing the car for another two weeks. Send someone out I don't care. Just don't need it on our insurance. Please contact my wife at 832-594-5955 for installation.

I was told Friday. Then Monday. I called Monday and was told we will call you when done. I called Tuesday and was told “we will call you when done”. I dint hear anything until Thursday when sent a text saying “come get your vehicle but we will call you”….. I showed up to grab it and finally got it. A commercial vehicle with no lettering replaced and now I have to address that….

First off I want to thank Paul from start to finish he kept me updated on my suv, the estimate was fair and designed to get my suv in great shape again. To the employees who worked on my truck thank you, to the front desk, so polite and professional thank you, I know I took my truck to the right place, would recommend them to everyone, they will treat you with the utmost respect no matter if you have some are major damages, try them and you want be unhappy.
