I couldn't believe the condition my car was in when I picked it up (worse condition now than prior to accident). I don't think a thorough inspection was done and my vehicle is driving extremely rough. The impact was so hard, they should have checked mechanical damage as well. I will follow-up with my insurance company. Very disappointing!
