I would consider this a middle-of-the-road recommendation. The quality of the repair work was good, and I appreciate the efforts that were made during a difficult and lengthy process. However, the overall experience was affected by inconsistent communication and an unresolved issue that remained unanswered after the vehicle was returned. Because of that, I would have difficulty giving an enthusiastic recommendation, even though I have no significant complaint about the quality of the repairs themselves.

The staff were friendly, and I did feel there were genuine efforts made to communicate and keep costs reasonable. However, there were a few occasions when messages I left were not returned. More importantly, after pickup I followed up by phone and text regarding the cost of repairing the minor seat damage that remained, and I never received a response. Since that repair was not completed and my follow-up went unanswered, it left an unresolved issue at the end of an already lengthy experience. Overall, I believe the customer service was fair, but communication and follow-through could have been better.
