Depalo was fantastic to work with. While the repair process took longer than expected, which was understandably stressful, their team went above and beyond every step of the way. We ran into several issues with the rental vehicle provided through our insurance. Unfortunately, the rental company was difficult to deal with and their communication and service left a lot to be desired. On top of that, our insurance company was not particularly helpful in resolving the situation. Despite these challenges, the team at Depalo stepped in without hesitation. They made phone calls on our behalf, advocated for us, and helped ensure we were taken care of throughout the process. Their level of customer service, communication, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. We couldn't be more grateful for their support and would highly recommend Depalo to anyone in need of repairs. Thank you for going above and beyond!
