The lack of updates and amount of time and energy to seek out one, not to mention how long the repairs took in general, was really frustrating. Saying that, the actual work was magnificent.

Friendly service. Excellent job on the dents. Some scratches were missed in the detailing. I got a quote from another garage who were unsure if they could do one of the dents (which is why I came to you) but they seemed more careful about the detailing, talked about using an artist pen to fill scratches in the clear coat ( not just sanding and polishing) so I have a feeling they would have done this more carefully. Please take this as constructive feedback, not a complaint.
