Based on my overall experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Depalo & Sons Auto Body to friends or colleagues. The lengthy delays, lack of communication, and unsatisfactory quality of the work outweighed the few positive aspects of the experience.

The customer service was disappointing. The repair took much longer than promised, communication was poor throughout the process, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the work when I finally got my vehicle back.
