I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door! Everything was clearly explained and coordinated with my coverage. My appointment was set and I was contacted a few days before as a reminder. Once my vehicle was dropped off, I received regular updates via text about the status of the repair. Superior process all around! If you need body work ask for Mark… he will make sure you are satisfied.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was engaged and introduced to Mark. Mark evaluated my car and walked me through their initial process gave me an estimate and called when he received my insurance approval. They took the liberty of contacting my car rental and extended my rental when additional damage was discovered. Maintained constant updates via text throughout the repair process. Highly recommend Derka’s service… Top notch!!!
