Michelle was incredible. There are so many things she did right to make the process smooth, professional, and encouraging. In her estimate, she offered information on several options for me with appearance discounts which were much appreciated. She printed multiple estimate copies and explained everything in detail. When I dropped the car off, it was quick and easy. She explained the process, when I would hear more, and how it works. When I picked the car up, she walked out with me, walked me through the repairs, and detailed all the work. She was professional from beginning to end but her attitude and cheerfulness were what impressed me the most. Work wise, the car looks fantastic. The work done by your team painting the vehicle and repairing the dents has it looking like new. The car looked very clean and the interior was cleaned as well which was an unexpected bonus. I would highly recommend diamond auto body to any of my friends if they ever had the unfortunate occurance of an accident like I did. A job well done and keep up the good work. V/R, Nathaniel Lawless
