My first time experience dealing with car repair on my own. Unforseen delays set back completion date. I understand these. However, when the dates passed and I called once after each date and was told someone would call back, no one called. After second time of calling with no call back, my Ins. agent got involved when I went in to pay monthly payment and still wasn't driving my car

The work is excellent however my truck was there 3 weeks which burdened my transportation at home. if work could have been stopped at a place where I could then drive my truck while you waited for parts it would have better for me.
