After 2.5 months we called and asked about the car and were told it will be next week, and this occurred for the next three weeks. Then I get it back and the rear air isn’t working correctly and the car has an alert saying my AWD is messed up so it’s only in two wheel drive so now it has to go back into the shop…. Very dissatisfied

We hit a deer with our car and our car has been in your shop now for over 3 months. All we heard after two months had passed was it will be ready next week, we went through this for Hoover a month, then when we got our car back it hasn’t ran right since. It had been back in your shop twice now , and even had us stranded. The only good thing was it happened while we were in town . As we were about to travel out of town. Very Disappointed with the services received. Will not be recommending you all.

Before deciding to go with Diamond, I was reading reviews. Most people loved your work, but biggest complaint was about your poor and/or lack of communication with your customers. I too experienced that. I don’t think at any point from the time I got my estimate to time I picked my car up did you call me once, even after you said you would check on something and get back with me. This seems like a real easy fix to me. Call the owner proactively each week and give them a status update and even more often leading up to completion of work. If you’re going to err, err on side of over communicating.
