Staff was super friendly, but it wasn’t communicated to me very well what exactly was being repaired and why things were delayed multiple times. I was given estimates on when the vehicle should have been completed and would have to call to check the status only to be told it would be longer. This happened a few times. It would have been nice to get a call telling me what was going on and explaining the delay rather than having to call myself.

Very, very pleased with the repair work Diamond Auto Body did to repair the side window & back end of our Honda van that got rear-ended! They estimated the repair time at 2-3 weeks. It took 4 wks, but they had to wait on a part to come in. They did a great job!! We’ll use THEM again, if the need arises!! Ron & Sharon Klingaman

Very very very very poor communication and extremely poor customer service along with terrible prior planning. They also lied to me 2 times about when my car would be ready which wasted my time and money as I had to make a drive because I moved which they were informed about. I will not ever be recommending this business to anyone ever and definitely will not be a repeat customer. The only thing good they did was fixing my car that was done alright but for the price it definitely could have been better. This was an awful experience overall.
