2 new chips in paint on tailgate, scuffs on brand new side panel and swirls in paint on tailgate. First time I went to pick up a section of my tailgate was sanded down but not painted, 2nd time I noticed 2 new chips and red paint on black plastic parts. They cleaned the red paint off but refused to fix their additional damage. Considering their negligence the first 2 times, it didn't surprise me.

They were pleasant to begin with, some were great, but denying my concerns of their additional damage further stretching out my time with repairs, I can't be satisfied.

Excellent service very well please car was fixed and less time that was anticipated very friendly and helpful staff would definitely will recommend Richmond Chrysler Body Shop could not ask for a better experience
