My car was hit on the driver side and the body damage cost a lot of rubbing on the tire, but the tire was not looked at or checked because when they gave me back my car, I only had 29 pounds of pressure in it. I specifically requested them to check it when I dropped it off.

Nobody was rude or anything like that, but I received no updates on the status of my repairs at all. It took right out a month and I had to call to get updates. Apparently, the tech that was assigned to my car got injured over the holidays, so it was delayed because it had to be reassigned, but nobody informed me of this.
