Terry Stiehler and his staff did an excellent job with my entire repair from start to finish. They kept me informed each step along the way, they arranged for me to get a rental car (thanks for helping with this Daleen), and they finished in a timely manner. This is the second time I had to use Diehl Collision for damage to my car (both times thanks to a plethora of Pennsylvania's deer population). I picked my Toyota Tacoma up last Saturday,as soon as I pulled off the lot and up to 45mph it sounded like I had my window down. The door and seals were not properly aligned. This is a result of the tech not taking my vehicle for a ride at highway speeds after the repair to the door was complete.This was very disappointing because I specifically told Terry S. before I brought my vehicle in for repair that the door frame was bent at the top of the window and that water and wind are coming in the cab and to make sure to check the fit and seal after the repair as i know this can be a tricky repair if you choose to repair and not replace the door.I also noticed a piece of plastic trim in the cup holder, as it turns out it was a piece of windshield trim that the tech forgot to reinstall after the repair. I also noticed a ding on the hood right beside the repaired fender..as if someone dropped a tool on the hood when the repair was taking place. I know for a fact that ding was not there before I dropped my vehicle off for repair. The end result was that I had to return my vehicle, at my inconvenience, to the dealership and wait for them to try to fix the door and reinstall the plastic trim in the windshield. The door seal is better than it was but still pretty noisy at highway speed. To be fully satisfied with this repair, Diehl would have to completely fix the door seal,make it seal and sound like the passenger door does! And fix the ding in my hood! Tom Sanich

Staff was very courteous and friendly.I was asked not to hesitate to call with any issues in regards to the work performed. My car was very nicely detailed as well. It demonstrates to me that everyone treated my car as if it was their own. Excellent work and a job well done!!! Thank You!
