Everyone was wonderful . Thank you Tess for coming up to Hickory VFW and having to charge my car again and guiding me to Auto Zone . They too were great . The battery was dead and my warranty was still good . They made the arrangements;for Triple A to come and install new battery

Took 3 months to get fixed, finished date moved, 7 times!!! They left enough gas in my vehicle that it broke down .25 miles from the dealership. And they couldnt help. Parts were not connected right and we're falling out of my car on the way home. Never again

We are HIGHLY impressed and satisfied. After being highly disappointed, discouraged and nearly defeated after purchasing the Sorento. The treatment and correspondence was very off putting. However, after speaking and dealing with Tessa everything started to turn around. She was such sunshine to us in a storm. Then the wonderful news that it was approved from the Gm. We got the privilege of working with Sam and Craig as well who were so kind and I felt like they were in our corner as well. To let our guard down mentally trust everyone there was such a wonderful feeling. Thank you again!!!
