Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Had my car for over 3 months and the last entire month nothing was done to it!! My headlights weren’t working so I informed them but I was blamed that it was my fault, when fixing the issue all I had to do was unplug and plug the bulbs back in!! That goes to show the kind of “work” and “professionalism” they hold. I’ve bought many vehicles from this lot and brought cars here a couple times for the collision center but they’ll never get another penny from me. 0/10.

Terrible communication, couldn’t get ahold of anyone for days and if I did nobody had an answer for what was happening with my car or whatever it was for that matter since it was towed to a different dealership without my knowledge

Very disappointed got made a promise to see to it that my vehicle would be fixed on them for marking up my front an rear bumper an have just been fooled over an over by Ryan an Nate an others saying we're just waiting on the ok . We'll that doesn't take months . Cars already been to body shop an several invoices been sent from trey I believe is his name from body shop. I just want I guys to do the right thing as what was promised

It still makes weird noises. Some of the rubber is coming loose around bottom left bumper when you put the brakes on the wheels makes screeching noices

The reason why is you tried to have me take it when it wasn't close to being done I'm finding screws and bolts not put back in from God knows where, and you miss a pretty good dent on the right rear bed side . So that's the best I can describe how I feel about it..
