Overall we had a very nice, smooth and easy experience with Diehl. They were great to deal with and everyone was great! Only thing that I can say that didn’t go as planned is when I went to pick up my car, Angel wasn’t there nor was the owner so I dealt with the mechanics ( who don’t really have the responsibility to take care of that paperwork) so I got the car and left. Got a call later that I needed to sign papers so I had to make a trip back in to do that. Luckily I pass there on my way to work so it wasn’t out of my way. But I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diehl. Good experience overall!

It was as pleasant an experience as taking one’s car to repair accident damage. Typically, NOBODY wants to deal with that! However, the professionalism and speed of the experience made the whole thing a lot less aggravating. My car was done perfectly within a week, and I had the added bonus of being able to drop my rental car off there at Diehl. I can’t be more appreciative. My insurance company dealt directly with the collision center, so all I had to do was drop my car off, then drive away.

I’m completely satisfied with the combined experience of coordination between my insurance company (Erie), and Diehl Collision, their recommended repair shop, as well, the convenience of being able to leave my Enterprise rental car there at Diehl. The repairs were as new, and were done with amazing speed. I cannot be more pleased with the choice of Diehl to repair the damage to my vehicle.
