Glenn was the friendliest guy and made the whole experience so painless. He was also so patient as I had questions along the way, he happily answered them. Glenn took very good care of me in explaining the step by step process of what was happening to my car. Michele the secretary, did an amazing job of obtaining me a rental car when there was none to be had. Your mechanics did a great job of repairing my car, and when i picked it up today the car looked like it was detailed, looking brand new.
