I had my bumpers repainted. In the charges were post scan calibration. I back out of the parking space after picking it up and the sensors are going crazy. I know its a first world problem but seriously… why call someone and tell them it is ready, have them stop what they are doing and drive a half hour each way just to discover you didn’t follow through with the paid for services. Then I have to cancel my Saturday plans because I was told it should get fixed between 8-12 and I get to drive back up.

Being from out of town, I had to ask a resident for a good body shop. Dimmitt was highly recommended as the person who was asked had body work experience using Dimmitt. I found the same to be true. From the first meeting with Glenn, to when the work was completed, the customer service was exceptional. I was notified regularly as the process moved along and everything was thoroughly explained.
