Rear wiper not working when I got the car back. Other than that, the work done looks great although the bodywork spacing isn't perfect (although super close) but I never expected that it really could be again.

Time to repair was reasonable. Area repaired was blended with door so it looked as if no damage had occurred. My only complaint was that the hubcap in the area of the repair wasn't put on tight enough & it fell off once I left the dealership.

Don't call me. To make me completely satisfied with any experience involving Dimmit Chevrolet, it requires the employees to go above and beyond their job, to make up for my awful awful buying experience of my vehicle. I was repeatedly lied to throughout the process and threatened physically. Somehow I was never sent a customer satisfaction survey after my purchase despite requesting it multiple times

I took my car to Dimmitt for accident repairs on 1/9/2017. I got my car back on 3/14/2017. It took so long because GM would not make the parts until they met the needs of the assembly line. During this time Glenn Mastro went above and beyond what would be expected. He did everything within his authority to accommodate us to minimize the difficulty of the situation. He kept us informed of the situation as it evolved and he even detailed our car because he wanted to make things right with us. I am very happy that I chose Dimmitt for my car repairs and thankful you had an employee like Glenn.
