Service department needs help. I’m not talking about the service check inGreat service by Eno. Both he and I vert disappointed with service(working on the vehicle). Was told vehicle was ready all they needed to do was program the second key. Brought key in asked how long it would take to program - no longer than 40-50 minutes. Three hours car was still in service area, hood up, drivers door open - no one there working on it. Would like to have conversation with service department manager or general manager of dealership. Very, very disappointed.
