The repair of the dent looked good but they messed up the rubber seal on my window so it leaked air I went back twice and the two guys I had helping me with it we not the brightest they stuck this back tar like material behind my rubber making a mess and it shouldn’t of been needed it wasn’t that way from the factory they should of replaced the rubber they messed up. I now have a car that leaks air in the door. But my door ding is gone

We had a pretty great experience all considering. Very friendly, and FANTASTIC work on my vehicle. Only issue was some miscommunication on the time frame of how long the repairs would take. Then on the date given to be done, the vehicle wasn’t ready. We also weren’t notified ahead of time. The delay extended the pickup for another three days due to the Holiday. However, it wasn’t bad enough to stop me from going back. I would just make sure to ask more questions next time. Thank you Division Team for the great work.
