Employees responded quickly, but weren't the most pleasant to talk to and there were a few issues with communication. I gave them the correct number to contact multiple times and yet I was never notified when the vehicle was ready except for the final repair, after I went in and made sure they had the right number in person.

I would highly recommend Dixie Auto Body. Staff are so professional and obviously know what they are doing; my SUV looked like new and you'd never would think it had been involved in an accident. They met the deadline they set for having my vehicle repaired and I received a text message everyday as to how the repairs were progressing. Their work exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier.

Dixie Auto Body did an amazing job, more than just the repair. Informative everyday we had an update on where they were with our car. And when it was time to pick it up. Great service front to back. Really made the whole process convenient as possible. The work was phenomenal as well. I pulled up to Dutch Bros and the girls said “wow nice car, is it new?” It was kind of fun!

I am still testing through several of this cars features which will take some time. The things I’ve seen so far are great and the restoration of the appearance is absolutely superb and a real pleasure. I did take quite a bit of time but the wait was worth it!
