Overall, the 'repair' work looks good; however, there is one small area, where the original paint got 'chipped', that was not fully 'smoothed-out' before it was repainted - while this area is small, compared to the overall repair work, close inspection reveals the flaw ... and that is why I am reluctant to give a 'higher' rating than 'eight'!

No chance I would ever recommend unless the management makes some SERIOUS changes. Even then I'd rather find someone who actually cares about their customers.

WORST. CUSTUMER. SERVICE. EVER. Would never come back to this shop or recommend to anybody on that alone. Not even the fact that my car was done a week later than stated. I was told 3 times my car would be done a certain day and yet never was on those days. Did not even receive a call to tell me that it wouldn't be done that day. Was promised twice that I would receive a call and didn't receive any calls to keep me in the loop.
