You guys did an incredible job fixing my bumper it looks brand new. The paint is matched up perfectly and looks really good. I'm glad I chose Dixie Auto Body to do the repairs. Was told it would be done in 3 days ended up getting a call a day early that it was ready which is huge for us as we currently only have 1 vehicle in our family. Thank you Dixie Auto Body and all who took part in our repairs we will be coming back if we need anything in the future that's for sure!

I gave an 8 out of 10 because the overall experience was solid. The customer service was excellent—quick, professional, and easy to work with. The repairs were mainly well done, though there were a few areas that could’ve used more attention to detail. Nothing major, but enough to keep it from being a perfect score. I’d still recommend the shop, especially for their responsiveness and professionalism.

I rated the repair experience a 7 out of 10 because while the customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and professional—the actual quality of the repairs fell short of expectations, especially given the strong reviews I had heard beforehand. I brought in two vehicles for service. Initially, the door handle was still visibly scratched and had only been lightly painted over, which felt more like a cosmetic cover-up than a proper repair. Additionally, the undersplash guard that was damaged in the accident hadn’t been replaced. It was left loose and flapping in the wind, creating a loud and uncomfortable noise while driving. The second vehicle still had a noticeable dent and scratch that hadn’t been repaired or painted. There were also several areas where the new paint had been buffed but not appropriately finished, leaving the surface looking smudged and incomplete. These issues suggest a lack of attention to detail in the final stages of the repair process. While I genuinely appreciated the team’s attitude and communication, the inconsistencies in quality kept me from giving a higher score.

I was so impressed with Dixie Auto Body and Towing. I loved how much they communicated with me throughout the process. They were professional in their office and efficient. The repair was done in a timely manner and they made it so easy to return my rental car too! I was so impressed that they cleaned my car outside and inside as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
