Other than how long it took to get my vehicle in (not really their fault, storms impacted a lot of people) the job was done well. I am more upset that Ford has done some proprietary things that make repairs more complicated...

Majorly Dissatisfied The repair took almost 3 years to complete. Not acceptable. I was the one constantly reaching out to try and get it scheduled. I believe the only thing that finally made the repair a priority was mentioning that the vehicle was paid off and could not be traded with the dent still present. When the vehicle was finally in the process of being repaired, it was not completed on the intended date, and there was no communication that the vehicle was not done. I showed up to try and pick it up and was then told at that point that it would need to be kept for one to two additional days. The shop owner is a nice guy and I feel he wants to have a quality business, but there are many things that make this a shop that I will not use again for any future vehicle repairs.
