Great service from the repair shop. However, I was on hold with Nation Wide for 3 hours and 7 minutes with phone calls when trying to obtain a vehicle rental.

The work was exceptional and you can’t tell anything was ever wrong. However, the customer services before I dropped off the vehicle wasn’t the greatest. It took several months to figure out what was going on and the date to get it fixed kept getting pushed back. When I was told I would get a call back with information, I wouldn’t get a call back. Overall, very happy with the work, wasn’t the happiest with the service.
