Sorry, but this was our first time dealing with Doan and it will be our last.

The first time our truck was “repaired” it was honestly worse than when it went in. The two dents it went in for were still visibly there. In addition it then was the wrong color paint, bubbled uneven paint surface, lots of particles in the paint, and large paint runs. What was even worse was that they tried to pass it off as if they hadn’t noticed all of it in the inspection. They kept it and “fixed” it a second time. This time it was pouring rain when we picked it up so it was soaked and we weren’t able to see much of anything. Once we got it home we quickly realized it was again not correct. Though better, the fender dent is still noticeable there and the paint still has rough patches that have bubbles or flakes of stuff stuck in it. We have been in constant contact with our insurance throughout the whole process and they are supposed to be sending someone to look it over and get it in another garage to be fixed correctly.

I really didn’t appreciate them acting like they “missed” the very apparent issues. They said it was from the lighting in the building it looks different than when they got it outside. Would have been much more respectful to fess up and admit the wrongs and just fix them.
