The job done was great. The only thing was that expected work was a couple days and it took over a week and a half. They found another part that needed replacement and they did the job which was great and I finally understood why it took longer than anticipated but I was not told up front.

The paint job was well done. The paint matches. The car was cleaned up. It was finished in the amount of time I was told it would most likely take to complete. I had trouble getting a rental car, Doan Ford let me use a loaner car. They said it needed a muffler but I was welcome to use it. I appreciated that more than I can say.
