Jeff has been great. There were a couple of delays...not Jeff's fault. He has kept me informed of all delays. However, I went to pick up my car today and it wasn't completely ready to my satisfaction. Jeff didn't hesitate to correct the problem. He advised me to leave it and he will take care of it.

The automated emails were contradictory there at the end of the repair. On the morning of 1/24, I received an email saying the repair would not be completed till 4:00 PM on 1/25. I began making plans accordingly, but received an email after 4:00 on 1/24 that the vehicle was complete. Unfortunately I had made business arrangements that prevented from me getting there until today as a result.
