No, calls to inform me on progress When I called the tech guy Christian was not available and no one else could give me updates. We got to the 2 month marker and Enterprise got to the point of billing my Bank. Progressive extends the rental for 20 more days and fixes all problems. The next day there is a text message from Christian for me to pick up my car. Never calling to tell me what was going on. I drive to the collision center and my car is sitting out front with a broken license plate cover. I was not pleased . My eyes went directly to the broke piece. Making me think if he did not fix the broking part I could see, what else did he not fix. I told him I want to trade the 2025 car in because of the value loss on carfax. I ask for Doggett license plate cover from the dealership. I told me he was not friends with parts or other units to get a cover. I left the collision center and went to Oreilly auto parts for a plate cover and purchased the part. I had to go to enterprise rental to return the car back. They got an Enterprise worker to take me back to get my car. The working waited with me so Christian would come out to put the new plate on. Christian handed the plate back to me saying the universal cover would not fit. The nice lady( receptionist) a Doggett Collision Center gave me a cover from her desk after my son went back to get the wrapper back from her trash that Christian through away. I am very unhappy! The receptionist is the reason that I am not giving a 1 an a bad BBB review.

No communication whatsoever between service dept and collision dept. Bad follow up and bad work. Our car was being repaired for 2 months for paint work. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!
