When I left the collision center today after collecting my belongings, I thought what a fantastic group of people that helped me go through a very unpleasant experience, which of course was a car wreck. The company was just so personal and made the experience not so bad. I just can’t help but say thank you so much for your kindness your patience and your assistance during this time.

I spent 6k out of pocket to fix my car which had left side damage and a crease in the front bumper. When I picked it up all the left side damage, even panels that were only mildly scratched were well-repaired. The damage to the left front clip was also fixed. HOWEVER the crease in the front to the bumper/clip was only painted over! I brought this to your guys attention and he made some excuse “didn’t know that was part of the same repair”—-wtf??!? Seriously who pays to remove and respray an entire front clip only to leave a dent in it?!? Now it will need to be removed, the dent fixed, repainted all over again and re-attached
