The worst repair shop ever . They are not detailed and they don’t follow through what they say they’re going to do Doug was the worst person that could’ve gotten a hold to my car and I would not be bringing my car back here ever again for any repairs!

Constant and consistent communication kept me abreast of the progress. The willingness of the representative to converse and answer questions was top rate. As for the final product - flawless!!! Compared to what I delivered, I received a new vehicle! All sights of being distraught disappeared when I saw the finished product. My agent, Kevin, kept me abreast of repair progression throughout the ordeal with exceptional detail - teaching me quite a bit about the process (I am a first-timer). The staff was courteous and professional during interactions, and remained receptive to my questions. During a time of parts shortage, the turn-around was exceptionally short - and that is greatly appreciated. The job itself was pricey, but you get what you pay for - and I got a winner. So, if you are lucky enough to live in the area and in need of vehicle repair visit the Doggett Collision Center. You will not find a better establishment for your automotive repair needs.
