Don & Sons Body Shop is Ames #1 autobody shop and offers full service auto collision repair. We serve the Ames community, Iowa State community and surrounding areas within sixty miles of Ames. Our repair facility spans over four buldings and encompasses over 15,000 square feet of production space. We employ fifteen experienced and I-Car trained technicians, detail, estimators, and professional staff. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to our customers and insurance companies. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process. Our company is a direct repair shop for many insurance companies and works with all companies. The driver's door is not flush or lining up with the left passenger door. I think this could be adjusted so it doesn't look like it's just not shut completely. It's the bottom right corner of the driver's door. Otherwise everything looks great. Can you tell me if the driver's rear viw mirror was repalce with the headlight dimming feature as the car originally had?

Don & Sons has fixed my vehicle twice in a little over a year, for hail damage. Both times I've been very happy with the work done. I Really appreciate the detailing done in & out! I was also given a loaner vehicle, as mine is my only transportation. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy this repair, longer than the last one! Thank you guys!

Overall, my experience was very good, and the entire process went smoothly, including the use of a loaner car. My only complaint was that I was told it would take 3–4 days, but it ended up taking a couple of extra days. Because a long weekend fell in between, I had to wait almost another week before I could get my car back. Recommend this place!
