Three weeks in the shop. Told several times it would be the next day. The work seems to be fine. Just frustrating getting multiple stories about the progress. Didn’t get a rental, but should have.

There is a gritty coating on the vehicle. With a little elbow grease it will come off, but what a pain. The repair work is wonderful, though.

Service took more than double the time than estimated. Estimated was 2 weeks and it took a month and a half. The body work on my car was fabulous it looks great and seems to be in working order however my sensors were not “reset” within the cluster on my dash so they are still not working correctly and it’s still giving me an error message. However Lisa with Don Franklin Collision in London Ky was amazing and assured me that she could send someone out to repair it. She was sweet and helpful.
