Only reason for not getting a full 10 was due to the top radiator support not being fully painted after being replaced. Also, the rubbing compound or wax being left on a few spots after the buffing job.

Don Franklin staff was great. The text message updates were not very clear at times in regard to telling that the vehicle was done. It was done in one part however needed to be painted leading me to call and ask, which isn’t an issue, just feedback that may help the communication system!

It looks good right now, but cannot give 10 stars till it stands the test of time. My drop down hitch was replaced with the wrong size but called and they replaced that no hassel.

Everyone was very kind and polite. Enjoyed interacting with all of them. Only complaint I have is that State Farm and Enterprise knew when my truck was done before I did. Would have been nice to have 24 hours notice that my truck was ready.

We use them often. No complaints at this time. Only awaiting a return call for the crooked steering wheel and traction issue that occurred when accident occurred.
