Vicki in the body shop was especially wonderful, calling with frequent updates. I will have to bring the car back, however as the passenger side door is not opening using the touch control.

10, Vicki was outstanding right up front when I brought our car in after being rear ended. She took care of all insurance from both sides in no time. She was very thorough and confident. A bit of a lack of communication towards the end but overall good. Also- I had about 69 additional miles in my car from when I droooed it off. Seemed really odd to me and my gas tank was completely empty
