Quality of the repair was great. The overall communication I was promised was not, until I called and…..then the last week it was in there was much better.

Perfect! I have never had better body work on any vehicle I’ve had repaired. Paint looks like it was a factory paint job. The body shop office was friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks!

I had to have my car fixed twice in one month because people kept hitting me. Everybody was great at Don k, they got me in quickly and arranged everything with insurance companies. The service was excellent. Vicki stayed on top of it all and kept me in the loop!

I was not kept up to date on the repair, i usually had to call them, it took 1 month, and on the last possible date and hour to get my car before the July 4 holiday, (July 3, in the late afternoon) I was told it still needed a front end alignment, and it would not be ready until Monday 7/7, i told them my rental of 30 days was up on Saturday, they told me i could come pick up my car still needing a front end alignment, and schedule it latter...really! no curtesy car was available, and my insurance would not add to my rental agreement because time to repair was already taking to long, Don K was "so sorry but there was nothing they could do", I told them that was not acceptable, to make a long story short, I stood my ground, they "miraculously" found time to get my car aligned, and at 5:05 I was done, the employees were not thrilled, but put on a reluctant happy face, I would not use Don K again for any body work, not so sure i would use them for anything.

I already have sent friends to you guys! Wouldn't hesitate to send my grandmother to Don K. Body shop I trust them. They're the best in the business as far as I'm concerned

Christina does an fantastic job so no complaints with her. She's always provided excellent service. Very polite. My only complaint that zi have and its an expensive one. In the process of changing out the tire pressure sensors all four of my year old and fairly expensive custom wheels are now scratched or gouge. I'm not sure what type of rack that the shop uses when removing tires from wheels but whatever holds the wheel in place left marks on each of my four wheels. Some are worse than others. On two of my wheel there are deep scratches the other two are gouge down to aluminum..
