After I told them I wanted a NEW fender instead of letting them but body filler in the damaged fender.

Had to reschedule the repairs 4 times because the parts didn't come in. The repair shop did NOT call me to tell me that they parts didn't arrive. I had to call them. Only time they called me was when I asked them to check on the parts, and finally when it was completed. On that note, I called in 30 minutes before I was to pick it up, and found out that one of the parts had been broken in shipping, and had to be reordered. It hadn't arrived, and caused another 3 days delay before I could pick up my vehicle. Once again, no call, I had to call them.
