My Experience

The settings in the car were not correct and had to be reset. The acc and another sensor was distiurbed. I am sure it happened while the person was detailing the car and pushing buttons. Not a big deal but something I had to correct/deal with. The car was perfectly cleaned, like it just came off the showroom floor.

My Experience

Angel helped me the day of the accident, a very helpful nice person. Then the emails during the time my car was being worked on was so helpful too, a very good thing to do. I at least knew my car was being worked on, and having email updates was helpful. Then the phone calls speaking with Neil during this process was helpful... He was so kind, so helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all my questions. Then picking up my repaired car and dealing with Lisa was nice too. A very helpful, nice group of professionals. Thank you all.

You guys did an absolutely amazing job of repairing my 2023 Camry TRD. That car is very special to me, and having it be in a collision center was an awful feeling. I was counting down the days to be able to see it again, and it looked as if I picked it up from the dealership lot! I’ve put so much time, effort, and money into customizing my vehicle, and you guys did an outstanding job of bringing it back to what it was before the accident. Thank you for all the hard work!

From the first contact by phone for service with Don Kuhn, I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism by Lisa, who set up an appointment for me at a time that was convenient for both Don Kuhn and me. The service mechanic, Bill, also a professional, who provided an oil change for my vehicle, noticed another concern and brought it to my attention, ordered the parts, and within minutes, parts were delivered, and installation was done in a very short time. Neil, from the Auto Body division, provided an estimate in one day for minor damage to the back fender. In short, I am pleased to say that I received SERVICE EXCELLENCE during my visit to Don Kuhn.

I've used Don Kuhn Auto Repair a number of times and have always been very satisfied.

Repair Quality

The repairs took longer than I anticipated but that was because there was damage that couldn't be seen and they had to order extra parts. They even cleaned my entire vehicle inside and out which I didn't expect. I will continue to use them if needed.
