I just want to say DKAB helped so much from the time of my first phone call to them while I was highly stressed and just in a car accident with my children. They instantly called for a tow to come get my vehicle a half hour from the shop and the tow truck driver was at my house fast to get my vehicle. The tow truck driver was professional and kind to assure me my vehicle was going to the shop and the owner would be in contact with me soon. I then had told them my insurance provider and they were already on the phone with them immediately and had everything for my claim in hand that I didn’t need to do anything extra. The owner Angel Was very informative and helpful on my claim and assuring me I was in good hands. When my vehicle had its estimate done a gentleman named Neil was beyond helpful. This man explained to me in detail what was wrong with my vehicle and the work that needed done. He as well was very reassuring during this process of my vehicle being repaired and done right. I was given daily updates via email by him letting me know the exact progress of my vehicle and what was being done. When my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up He called to notify me and also emailed Me. I was given another email to confirm I picked my car up and asked if I was satisfied with the work that had been done. The customer service 10/10 The repair shop 10/10 Communication 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 I am highly appreciative of DKAB and assisting me during a very difficult time. I am pleased and over all happy with everything. Thank you DKAB it was good doing business with you !

Trunk repair work is exceptional, did not verify if trunk does not leak yet. Although none of the front end work was completed; headlight mounting clip still broken, headlight adjustment is broken and beam was still aimed at ground

My previous experience with Kuhn Auto Body from a repair to my 2009 Audi A5 was excellent, 10/10. My experience with this repair was 5/10 based upon poor expectation management on repair duration and the need to make a second trip back to have wet sanding of a section that was not adequately performed upon inspeciton of the work. During the development of the estimate, Angel Kuhn told me the work would take roughly 2 days. I dropped off the vehicle at 8:30 AM on a Monday. On Wednesday, I received an email "We are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you." Upon calling on Thursday AM, I was told the vehicle needed a door seal that would not arrive until Friday at the earliest. I was not notified of the delay. The vehicle was finished on Friday but the quality of the paint finish was poor and needed a second, 60-minute visit to wet sand and buff a section. The end quality of the work was good.
